yes it does. If you play from same PC you played from your main you'll kinda "bind" your new account to approximate same level as well
Also I believe that if you had archon rank on main and decided to create new account without actually learning or training to be better it's actually pointless. Blame yourself not an account

Even if by some miracle you end up calibrating higher, you will still drop down to 2k, since that's literally your skill level.
Instead of chasing mmr, learn to play the game.

I have played many games against immortal divine ancient and legend. But my dotabuff said that archon 3 even though i didnt played any single ranked match meaning i have not reach 100 hours yet.
I dont understand the system anymore. I create new account so that my account will be higher in the future but maybe valve doesnt want me to.
My question is does valve track your IP address that same computer created new account? Thats why you will be stuck up at low ranks?
