Because you are playing in crusader bracket?
Those players are stuck in that bracket for a reason. Play different, have different mind set, learn from your old games and you climb.
If you are too cool and be like "I know I suck I don't want to try hard", then accept the reality and move on.
What Goku said. Id also add that if you expect your teammates on crus to play proper dota, then something is wrong with you. Also think about it. Maybe you are the type of guy that focus more on others than your own gameplay ? I know a lot of people that start typing wall of insults, tilting themselves and others in 100% winnable game, making it unwinnable.
Recently I had pos 1 and a guy insta picks Gyro instead of pos 5. I could greif, but picked Io instead and we won in 25 minutes. You can always adapt but if the game goes full bananas then just make some fun build at least and have fun.

in every bracket therere game ruiners
you are playing in crusader, everyone ruins there (both in your team and against you)... just play your own game and be better than everyone else -> you will climb very easily
I play my games as if they are international finals, i can get demotivated but i just never give up or grief.
I have to make these posts so i can let my anger get out and have a calm mind next time.
Playng support realy feels powerless.
I phisicaly CANT make fun builds even in a 100% lost game because it just feels like i'm throwing my time away, i could 100% another steam game instead of playng that game, imagine even throwing them myself.
To improve you have to change your mindset.
What worked for me was just one thing.
Regardless of win/loss, regardless of good/bad teammates, I just asked myself "What I could've done better for the position I'm playing?"
Simple example for a pos 1: Instead of just waiting a whole minute for that camp to respawn, how many times have you thought of stacking the camp you are currently farming?
Don't tilt yourself over the forced losses(not by matchmaking but just pure bad luck) and end up throwing even the winnable games.
Also, when I say throw, I don't mean intentional. It can be something as simple as not thinking with a clear mind and making poor item choices.
ex: In my recent game, I knew the mid QOP was gonna rush a Orchid(I kept checking her items), so instead of making a mkb first item to counter the enemy PA, I decided to rush a manta and I completely nullified the threat of a QOP ganking and killing me 1v1 while farming. Now I had the option of BKB but they had 2 physical cores, so manta was more preferable. That Qop owned laning stage but fell off mid game, cause I could jump her freely without the fear of getting killed in one silence and she could never initiate on me. Keep yourself busy thinking about your next move and it gets easier to zone out other shit and keeping your head cool.
As for support, I can't stress it enough, apart from warding, just make glimmer and force and stand behind your cores no matter how bad they are, it will improve your chances of winning by a lot.
Also, playing support is the least stressful way to play, as you are not responsible for closing the game.
Stop thinking about MMR and just play to improve.
