Its a dotabuff bug, they calibrated Immortal rank during the worst calibration ever after medals introduction that gave you +500 mmr for every win. So you could get 2000 mmr for 7/3 w/l. On the other hand Sumail calibrated Ancient back then.
After 2 weeks calibration was reversed to small amounts of mmr per win/lose, but those who calibrated Immortal rank before, still have their ranks visible although having lower medal.
