What does "very high skill" means? MMR bracket?

It's just a very general match making marker based on the average MMR of the game.

<3200 = Normal
3200 - 3800 = High
>3800 = Very High

The numbers may have shifted in some of their most recent match making changes but they're probably still good approximations at least

dont think the mmr levels have changed in years for VHS and HS

vhs means u are very high skill! :) u are good at the game! :) u can go pro if u want as well! :)
