General Discussioncan't join game (?)

as soon as i click accept match the game goes into that black thingy before hero selection and wont go directly to hero selection. the background music is fine i hear the picking phase but it remains black for me. i go to japan servers but rarely it does that but when i go to sea server almost all the time it does that. have you guys encountered problems like this?

edit: i have to open task manager and end task dota 2 almost everytime this happens and end up getting safe to leave.
