Hello ! Please tell me how to effectively stand against the phoenix on the line? and by whom?

Phoenix has zero armor harass him out of lane, once phoenix use icarus dive he cant really play that aggressive until its off cd.
When i play phoenix i try not to use spirits if the carry is in the creepvave, dont want to give them easy denies. If the creepwave pushes and icarus dive is on cd i cant really do much.
Depends on who is your lane parter, and who is his. You can either play the lane by trying to kill him, or just trying to secure as much farm as there is. There is not a single hero that counters bird just by himself.
