Most helpful tip i have ever got from my divine mate was "dont play on autopilot, ask yourself every minute what are you doing at this specific place on the map and what are you trying to achieve there"

Also if your account is not a smurf, dont play random heroes, everyone has their comfortable hero pool of no more than 5 heroes.

Find out whats your favourite position (pos1/2 or pos3/4 or pos4/5)
You played all positions and as i saw, you are not very successfull as carry (Jugger ~35% win rate)

Try Offlane Pos3/4..

You are quite successfull with these.
