Why don't you ask the question you really want to ask? What hero should I spam to raise my mmr?
And the answer at your MMR is just pick a hero you enjoy learning. The skill ceiling for all the heroes is high enough that if you mastered any of them then you would climb rapidly.
As an aside, learning a meta hero is generally a bad idea in my experience. People quickly learn how to counter them and by the time you have got good at them then they are nerfed. You'll have much more success at hero abuse if you learn non-meta heroes and wait for them to have their moment in the limelight.
