interesting. good idea tho, making u still vulnerable but giving u a window where u dont take dmg in the laning stage. would be good against the likes of weaver and wr who would attack you once in a while
it could be that the changes were made before 7.07, but the idea was shit so they just removed it entirely.
imho its needed for PMS to be in the game, because:
we need items that use 2x the 135 gold stat item. SoulRing has 2x Bracer, PMS needs to haave 2x Slipper, and there needs to be a new item to use 2x Mantle of Intelligence also.

I have recently found out that PMS has its tool-tip and item bonuses changed, which leads me to think that they will probably bring the item back in the game. Let me know what you think @_@
