You can either use API of the other famous site with dota2 statistics (which Im not calling here directly) or just code your own web scrapper and get data directly from pages with matches result

I researched about this before but never progressed..
Per my understanding there are few ways to get dota 2 data:
1. Steam/dota 2 API - how?
2. Truesight github library - if i remember correctly, these are written in go script
Also, let me know if you're interested to collab with me in making this work
I just have some analytics in mind that I want to run against dota 2 match data etc
