If you don't enjoy hard support, its very possible you don't know what it means to support.
If you don't enjoy playing mid, I'm guessing its because you lose mid, which you do because you don't know how to lane or watch the map for ganks.

Best advice is to better learn the general mechanics of the game before focusing on a specific "role." I'd say find 3-5 heroes you like all around, and play only those heroes in normal matchmaking, then when you are confident with them (and more comfortable with DotA in general), play ranked.

You want to fill in the holes of your team. Usually that results in you playing support. Playing support requires you to have a good game sense and quick reactions as your carries will rely on you to save/set up kills for them. but also for you to be warding. So if you're good in supporting you're overall a better dota player than someone that plays only carry. Ofc switching ocasionaly isnt a bad idea because you need to know how each hero work so you can counter them. But yeah hard supporting will get you going. maybe roaming isnt a bad idea either, depending on your mmr.

you can first pick spirit breaker roaming or any other hero

which stomps low mmr games, prevents jungle picks and you can play support without only affecting 1 lane for the first 10 minutes you can go where its needed

basically if you roam and the enemy team doesnt have a roamer your chance to loose is very small
