u dont buy mek on every fucking support
u buy it on pushing lineups, often times a utility core will pick it up because supports cant pull the proper timing
^pushing lineup just means a team that groups up early to push a lane and takes towers.

I only buy that item on Lich and when I do, it does feel lackluster, the item falls off real quick. Lich is probably the only support hero tanky enough and has the mana to use it efficiently, also because he builds the cheap Tranquil Boots, the Mek can be build early.
I buy it on Tide too but make it Greaves after not more than 5 uses.
It would be really nice to get if it is buffed to have the dispel like Greaves, lower mana cost would be great too.
Mek is ok on necro or anyone TBH if u got some hard pushing lineup with pugna and warlock and jakiro and shit
