Just kidding, but I am not sure there are too many solutions for puck's problems right now, since heavy farming mids are back. Your blink/veil timings will be nowhere near the opposing TA's or SF's timings so you will probably always feel behind, and unable to deal any damage.

So I wanna be good at this hero.
My first question is when to go blink first and when to go veil? From what I understand I go veil if my team lacks early damage and I need to be a source of damage to win figts but I go blink if we have damage dealers in early game like ursa so I can have better initiation.
Also when do you skip power treads and is it worth skipping for blink rush?
How good is raindrops on puck? I think its really good sometimes because if a nuke gets completely cancelled by the raindrops you can still blink for example after an opponent euls.
Also any other additional tips to playing the hero would be helpful.
