You serious? Solo offlane necro is pretty bad. Could probably zone him with decent solo safelane carry and with pretty much every dual safelane. Triple lanes will just destroy him.
keep buying tangos until you got like a ring of health or sth to sustain heartstopper
i'd go for slows. drow, dazzle, orb of venom, cm (value point in her Q on level 3)
raindrop will negate the dmg of his Q pretty well

-win lane against necro with almost any support in your next game
I still can't comprehend that there are main support players at high 2k that can't even pull creeps and just sit behind the carry.
