yeah but he's talking about dealing with it as a troll warlord, who is not a nuker, nor is he a support and there is no case where greaves on troll is a good idea. As an actual answer you can jungle early with troll so if it is really a problem you should get an iron talon and just hit up the jungle. It'll be far less efficient but at least you'll get something.

i spam bane few times because that 20sec debuff with 8sec cooldown shit, totally tilting midlane

2mins midlane spamming enfeeble and you can report your mid if the lane isn't won.
