Honestly, dire should not have lost that game. Yes, he got a 1 min midas (technically 0 min midas since he got the necessary gold from the 0 min rune), but the supports had 0 networth at game start. They had no courier, no starting wards, no regen on supports or invoker and no stat items either.

They did not lose that game because invoker got a 1 min midas, I mean, sure it helped, but look at radiant's line up. They have an offlane DK. They have no initiation heroes till sven or DK buy blinks and even then they're not gonna rush those items first. On the other hand, dire has ember, slark and doom. All three can get active on the map pretty early. They get pickoffs with Doom and 5 man push towers. Radiant can't do anything with their greedy lineup. This is just a case of demoralisation on seeing the invoker 1 min midas and inability to be aggressive and end games early. Nothing new.

maybe do that for an alch for a fast radi and it would shit on the enemy team better
