I never make it over 7k behavior score lol, I either always have 7-9 reports for raging, or when I finally manage to get down to like 0 reports I end up with an abandon

pfff it does, I have 3 3k mmr accs, 1 with high behaviors score and no reports, and 1 with 10 reports and an abandon, the mmr is the same but the team mates on the accs are completely different, the one with 10 reports is completely shit with team going 0-12 by 12 minutes every single game, the one with no reports is easy to win on like 60% winrate without even carrying.

result: after a game where i got mass reported i got 3 games where my team had 0 gameruiners and enemy had ruiners or players who did a really shitty job every game

A few games recently, I've had tilters on the enemy team feeding MMR. Like walk down mid give me 50 sentries type feeds. Axe took my jungle so I'm feeding rage. I hate my teammate so much that I want to lose just so they lose MMR when they were winning.

I would have reported them but since the threshold to LPQ is so high now I never get my reports back. I don't think it's a considence that we are seeing higher toxicity levels and the fact LPQ is harder to get into.

My behavior score is 9600. Granted during those feeds it was Peruvians so I dunno what to make of it.

@TigerUppercut I am indeed pretty terrible to play with, but how the fuck did I find myself with less than 5k player points in the middle of hidden pool when I actually enrage less than usual? I've always been a trash talker, not only on Dota, I used to tilt on Pokerstars too back when I was a poker fan. But I've never dropped so low, I was stable at 8k. And even when I behave more decently between one conduct summary and the other my score drops. Also why aren't the commends I get taken into account.

@mwn- LOLOL SURE. It does matter and it's not even that unfair. Players like me kinda ask for it, I mean I don't get why I have to be matched with braindead feeders but whatever. Problem is even if I change my attitude things don't get better, they keep getting worse.

Just mute players and play your games if u get tilted easily.
the only thing that BehS does is probably to send you to LP after getting certain number of reports like peopl eiwth good BehS needs more reports while people with low BehS gets less. i doubt it puts you with bad team mates. ive like 9k+always and i got one lp only due to too many abandon. I doubt you get matched with bad players because of bs. after every 3-4 games i get a reeaaaaaalllyy bad and toxic team.
My last sniper game. i had an axe that fed troll 10 times in 12 min. a crystal maiden carry and a chen who doesnt have any idea what chen does except for jungling for 10-15 mins and then dying
if i see a flamer i tell him to stop talking or ill mute him. works all the time. And dont abandon you will lose to much BehS for that.

as much as i hate some of my teammates' guts, i try to be nice to them as much as humanly possible, so i can WIN THE MATCH even if i really want to see those kids lose mmr.

there is nothing like a matchmaking by behavior score, and i don't see how this theory still holds up considering all the possible downsides of such a matchmaking

itll usually update after you get your conduct summary and barely ever will the score shift drastically regardless of amount of reports, i can honestly say that me n my mates usually check this right before we queue and compete who can get the lowest (we even keep records of most reports in a conduct summary) so TRUST me when i tell u, it is actually fucking impossible to drop more than 1k at a time without having to abandon.

i believe i got 12 reports and dropped from 9.2 to bout 7.7, stopped being a troll and solo queued again and stayed between 8-9 until i abandoned a game but rc/d and played till end, happened to check it at my next summary and i was at 5k

my mate had network issues at one stage, had a behavior score of 771 due to multiple abandons and dcing/rcing A LOT - stayed low for ages since he was proud of it and finally got his router replaced, played the usual trash talkin high priority troll position he always does and after a good 20+ games for a refresh in conduct summary, shot up to 4kish

put it this way... mmr +25 -25 each game scores skill, if you could correlate a number to score behavior itd be consistency in games cause you're either genuinely toxic or not lol - but it's always fun to be a total c unt once in a while which is why scores always been neglected as a stat to be at all accurate

Abandons actually count so much. Dont ever abandon, even if you have a "safe" abandon where you dont get LP

I dropped from 8k to 6k and solo games became unbearable, just becausw 1 abandon a while ago.

the score goes up by like 500 point every conduct summary, only when you get below 3 reports.

so get a 5 stack and avoid solo queue for like 50 games and you're gucci

lool @ cookies, you must be my polar opposite cause I am like the hitler of trash talking on the mic, some games I get the entire team to instant mute me and get like 5 reports. Tho sometimes I can try to get down to 0 reports by unplugging mic and making sure not to flame via chat. but its very hard for me to do that.

@mwn- Dude it's something you have to experience to understand :D the changings in matchmaking and quality of games are so big it's impossible not to notice there's something different.

@Wankers! Wasting my time Yeah I think I underestimated the impact abandons have. Sometimes my wifi signs the fuck out and when I check my score it's 500-600 points lower. it must be that since surprisingly I get 2-3 reports max every summary and often I get none. But I do get 1 abandon every 25 games 'cause of my connection or pc. Will try to avoid soloing as much as possible, thanks for the tip.

i played low prio like 30% of games, but somehow i escaped, i rage more or less the same, but i carry my team a lot with my jungle heroes, so probably that helps.
other tip! dont play on mondays, then players wont have reports :D

it might be unrelated, but last 5 games in a row I had at least 1 person intentionally feeding. I am not talking playing badly, but the "you dont deserve to win, I will feed down mid" shit, and yes that started happening after I afked in Ability Draft and got reported by 3 ppl that took this mode too fucking seriously. 4.5-4.8k range, so that's rather unusual.

Just mute all chat and don't be rude. You may feel like your teammates are dogshit, but ultimately there's nothing you can do and none of your anger will help. Don't use the mic/text chat, forget about it. Lose silently.

Shouting at retards doesn't make them smarter, instead it just gets your BS lower, so you're ruining your own experience even further by outbursts. Learn to control yourself.

Understandably a contentious issue. Honestly I wanna say behaviorscore feels like it matters and I've noticed some patterns. But then again. We tend to project patterns where they don't exist. Behavior score could go up and down depending on how toxic you are, sure. But i think it is more likely that your own behavior that Is causing ur score to go down is giving u the shitty experience in games and not the score itsel matching u with retards.

This account have experienced from 9K to ZERO player behavior score (abandoned 14-15 games intentionally),
and yes it affects the game, it is one of those parameters that is used in matchmaking.

You cannot really generalize a player based on behavior score but it can tell something about the player in a way.

They key is to CHILL and be MINDFUL as much as possible because stress will always creep up, keep your emotions in check.

@kr @Renshin- If I'm below 8k it means, in my case at least, that I'm a rager, surrounder by braindead, handless, worthless missed abortions who have no fu.cking idea what the fuck they're fu.cking doing. And I don't enjoy playing with them. If they don't either it's only because they don't like having people pointing out what fu.cking braindead monkeys they are. Like aui_2000 once said, If you get matched with toxic people of your same MMR, it means they compensate the attitude with technical and mechanical knowledge of the game. i had 9.7k, had to abandon coz i had to help my father -> dropped to 8.5k and now its again 8.8k
if interested just find my last abandon, iirc it was on weekend and an ursa game

This. You insta-drop 2500 behave score if you abandon or "secondary abandon". Just stay in the game until the end.

@🍩🍪Cookie🍪🍩 Duh, that's what it's all about: being toxic. That's what I get punished for at least, I've said it a billion times. Other people get punished 'cause they abandon tons of games, others 'cause they play ridiculously bad and get reported a lot. I don't know how many times I've said that. And I can't see the part where I was unpolite, until I was offended for no reason by some trashcan.

I never get above 9k because I always abandon at least 1-2 times a month due to internet or playing despite having work to do...
