because you're not actually trying hard.

trying hard is actually spamming 1 hero 20 games a day, not picking random heroes every game.

trying is analyising 2 games for 10 hours till you fall asleep

trying is making sure you never make the same mistake twice.

If you play well you then you can reach very high skill in normal match.
