-Best way to gain mmr and git gud is to select/spam a role and master 2-3 heroes from that role (eg: offlane - timber, cw, slardar)
-Analyze/watch better players games, dont play while tilted, I recommend that you stop playing after 2 losses in a row and call it a day
-Keep a pma, never blame your teammates, focus on your own game.
-Play to win, and if you lose, reflect on the mistakes you did and how you could have played better
