I think this depends on the server you play, In South America and SEA are the most toxic players out there. 70% / 80 % of the matches there are one or two players who wants to ruin the game on purpose, with no aparently reason. thIs is not a joke, if one of these guys doesn't get mid or safe lane carry, feeds, or goes jungle, or stays alone most of the times, to get ganked, stays afk, steals runes, makes bad itemization on purpose(example crystal maiden rushing sange and yasha) stay in the lane leeching experience and doing nothing, and when he gets a core position, treats everyone like a noob .. plays alone, not push, not fight, or sometimes they tries to fight alone against 5.. and so on.
