I think it's a decent ability right now, I don't understand why you'd want to change it. Your suggestion is basically the same ulti with different numbers, it wouldn't make it more interesting or change gameplay at all for the better.

What if troll's ulti instead of giving 60/120/180 attack speed for 5 seconds, it gives everyone on your team max attack speed for 3/4/5 seconds?
