That's the best fucking choice man, I'd rush it after Medallion and neglect to buy Boots of any kind. Bottle/Urn will be your sustaining item, so you can just fuck with the enemy team to the point that they would commit big spells just to kill you off.
aghs is very good on a support weaver but not really good on a core weaver, just not enough item slots.
