What is this trend? people like to get 1k accoutn to own every game there or people like 4k account to ruin games there? Maybe both?

Not really. 10 calibration games -> 130 unranked games -> 10 calibration games. So you need or tryhard in 20 games for 4k or to feed with natures prophet second ability to get 0-1k.
