Did that dozen of times, FPS is locked to ~140, <100 in teamfights no matter what graphical or rendering settings are. It's just CPU can't keep up.
I'm really sad to realize that you need 3000$ machine to play this game on a decent settings, while some other games (that suck on the other part but that's not my point) like League of Legends can be played on trash PCs on 300FPS with ez.
Just wanted to see what will i get for my money you know. If i pay 800$ for 7700k + Mobo + 16GB Red Tesla, i wanna be sure that my FPS is as i want it to be.
Neither of those, I work for myself. I had my own company back in 2012/2013, but I closed it and started to work pretty much using a local version of ebay website.
So basically I don't even have a job, I just work for myself.
Btw, WinWin and Emmi are the same company, the only difference is that Emmi stores are a bit cheaper. And they are both supplied by a supplier called ALTI, who's responsible for quite a good amount of goodies that comes in Serbia when it comes to PC components in general.
Gigatron and few other companies rely on suppliers such as Alti and few others.
Rofl $3000 rig to play on decent settings? You do realize most people can't detect anything over like 120 fps? And most people's monitors are still 59 or 60 hz?
25 fps is pretty unplayable bro. if you buy a used work computer like dell optiplex that some company is getting rid of and a used GTX card off ebay you should be able to get a 120 fps @1080p computer for $150 tops.
Try to get a better CPU with more cores and play with vulkan (since they perform better with more cores) , w8 for ryzen if its good intel will drop the prices, because getting a new Intel now wont do much diference only for your wallet.
Or try to lock your monitor at 120/100 hertz you wont see any big fps drops if stays above 120 fps, if thats is your problem.
One thing gaming is pretty unstable, you can have the same hardware but have diferent performance on equal machines.
Yes you can, but op is trying to go from 120ish to 200ish, which I don't think is consistently noticeable, even with his 166hz monitor. Only if something is super fast paced like maybe watching hockey and seeing pucks fly across the screen, that you might notice 200 fps vs 120 but it's still a small difference.
As i said getting 7700k and pushing it to at least 5GHz.
Report Newell.
I'm earning money by working with pc components. Both used and new. I've had literally bunch of new/old/relatively old CPU's.
I did read your post, it's just that I got confused when you asked for resolution, since it's irrelevant(you're running gtx1070).
Be a good guy and do a quick test I told you to do.
I'm curious about the results aswell.
Just lower down the details and set fullhd reso. Then compare that to your normal settings/native res.

Then you got your answer. :)
Change the platform dude.. Why did you even bother making this topic. :)

I assure you you will get what you paid for. :)
For which company are you working for? Gigatron, WinWin, Emmi?

I was very aware of that. But still Emmi and WW have different call center at least, so you can work for either of those.

'800$ for 7700k + Mobo + 16GB Red Tesla' you're joking right?
No i'm not, at least where i live it costs around 800$. Why?
Intel i3 (1.80 GHz)
4GB of RAM
HDD that reads/writes at about 80MB/s
Intel HD 4000
Pretty sure I win with average of 300 FPS. LUL.
(Kidding aside, I only play at average 25 FPS)

my rig is <200€ and i have 70 fps learn2computer

As I said, in his case every FPS matters, so i5 vs i7 for Dota 2 on gtx1070 will make a difference. Good god.
You should downgrade your monitor to 1080p.
None in the pro scene uses 2k monitor.
1080p easily reaches 180 fps maxed out with 144hz
there is no difference between 60 and 200 fps dude ,
Well that's clearly not true, but it's not that noticeable.
@eas not in 60hz monitors, but on higher ones it has.
Even at 60hz you can see the differene between 60 and 120 fps
