u can increase mmr, u cant git vhs a good sup will eventually die a lot and drop to lower skill bracket like my last vhs game venge. also ur team could be too heavy for u to handle even though you literally won them 3 lanes early game they cant do simplest shit like throwing a dagger and jumping on the guy u ping and freeze or not willing to listen to nice said words.

u couldve not maxed spider for first 2 levels, abused bb's 9 sec cd on quills, attacked him constantly lvl1 with a seemstoberetarded pms. ez won lane now u could get talon, get a lane creep kill with Q and take the spiders to jungle
