Banned, and NOM being acronym for nominated, meaning that a player called for their ban, but it didn't get banned.
Probably because this is a pretty in depth feature, and the coordinator might not always catch it.

Also, is it the heroes with the x and grayed out picture that were banned, or the ones with the green checkmark and regular color picture
