Toxic players, the cancer of dota 2

I have just played with one of them and I actually can't belive that someone can be so destructive:
The player:

I played this game against him and won:

And right after it this one with him and lost:

At the end of the first game he started bitching about how this is only happening to him, how he can't win a game because of players like xyz etc.

The truth is that the guy tilted and he needs a break to find back to himself.

He on the other hand thought that the best way to get back on track is to flame the shit out of your team...

Flaming your team only lowers the chances of you winning the game, I don't know why people don't get this already.
I do understand someone flaming on the end of one game, but don't take that attitude in the next game to players who have nothing to do with that last game...
