Well that link even if giving general timing, isn't that great.
For example, the dire camp near top rune, you should stack at 52, or eventually 53, so you can actually go for the rune. I'm not even sure you can stack it if you go at 55.
Nevertheless, overall it's correct
Generally you need to stack around 53-55 but it actually depend tho on how much creep there, range/melee type. But yeah stack them at 53-55.
