You get shitty team mates everywhere. Anyway the fault is maybe not in your team mates. Think about that. Be friendly, give them advice when they do something etc..

The guy went into jungle with spectre, run into enemy team a few times doing nothing, shitposted the entire game, and stole all the kill from people which at least did something. He broke my 9 games win streak and the worst part is that we could've won. We were somewhat even the entire game even tho it was 4v6. Would this guy just dc or something we may have won. This is what I call bad team mate.
At least first 40 games you will get shitty teammates in any skill bracket. No one want to play good and pick supps at new acc.
In my perspective, I'll say bad team when they trashtalks and blame each other, feeding team is not really bad and easily winnable. If 2 your team talks like girl, your team will tilt really hard and lose on 5 minutes mark
Normal skill teams may be worse but high skill teams aren't as good as you think they are.
Just play and try to improve by doing extra things (watching videos/good players/etc) and you'll eventually get out of there.
For me,its better to insult the teammate whom playing badly..Just to let him/her realise that he need to up on this game..I got several times in this situation..I just insult them till he mad and he will increasing his game..In the end if the game is won,he will insult me back but for me its okay because the game is already won
I have an old high skill smurf and it has a 70% winrate across 20 games, most of them as mid TA(5) and support Lina and Rubick(12).
The only shitty game I had on those smurfs where the first 5 games I have 4 other teammates who wanted to mid too...

Was the spectre really that bad? Roamed with spectre but got nice gpm. Bought decent items. Kill participation is good. You guys were in the game the whole time and just lost all at once by a big team fight in the end. I would mostly blame the Pudge that fed mid, just looking at the stats.
Spec is useless early, helpful in the middle, and a beast late game. Seems like he did his job.
I agree with Annoy however I gave up on playing carry and support. Talk shit to your teammate and they will play better. I have hardly lost any rank matches since!
^talk shit and you risk getting reported. which translates to lp onto yourself which might not be desirable.

I have had high skill games in my accounts, but every time I get high skill mach my team is so shitty compared to enemy team. My team has newbees. Why so? and due to that I again go to normal skill. In which server should I play or what should I do if I get shitty teamsany suggestions?
