I did something stupid and your mail got kinda lost, so that one is on me. But we try to respond to support mails as fast as possible! in fact im writing a response as we speak

They actually do respond. I send them an email about a minor spelling error and they actually responded to it. That shows some dedication which is why I pay how ever much a month dotabuff plus costs.
They do respond, I sent them an invite to a coffee bean in my area, and they said it was too far.
Very nice people nonetheless.
