Dont play initiator when ur aiming for high mmr, play it once you already withdrawn ur mmr
playing es, magnus, batrider etc is hard in low bracket games. these heroes need perfect coordination and map awareness of you AND your teammnates.. I suggest play other types of initiators that are quite easy for you and ur teammates to understand
Examples : lion, vs, sladar, ogre, huskar, sadow shaman, etc
Try to postpone initiation, let someone else start the fight to draw the enemy in, after that u can decide if there are enough enemies to use your initiation skills.

I mainly play as initiator in my team but it seems Im quite unsatisfied with my games. Can you look at my profile what to improve for my gameplay? Should I maintain having decent kda in all games to land to a high tier games?
