Sometimes its good to adjust to other players in the team, mostly you probably will be support in that MMR, but still ez MMR =]

Congratulations Mikey =] You have learned to play the meta. What does this mean? You pick heroes that are strong at the moment and you win more often, thereby increasing your mmr faster than by playing "bad" heroes.
How can everyone else do it? Click on meta tab, stratify based on ur current mmr win rate % and pick only those at or above 52% winrate.
Get good if you're a core. But if you're a support. Well ahh, you just hope for the best.
