I just started my smurf account and got 4.2k solo mmr and I now have 4.4k. I also am top 200 slark and play hard carry. I dunno if your gathering people for a team/looking for a team to join. If the mmr is an issue ill prob have like 5k in a month or 2 max. I also want to join a team

It's not that your number is too low, but it's that fact that you might lack insight on other focuses of the game. Right now you are just a one trick pony. Your slark is top 200 but that does not mean you are a top 200 player. (Not trying to be condescending) I am just trying to be very serious and real here.
Understood, but I also am a fantastic oracle and omni. I know it may seem that I am a one trick pony, but this is my smurf account and I just wanted to grind out mmr ya know? I can play support, and everything basically except mid (don't trust myself enough) but I can do offline heros like weaver and bb (but you already seem to have that covered in ur post)

I don't think you are qualified just yet, but you seem to want to improve. I wish you the best of luck in your grinding and remeber that increasing a number is pointless if you yourself aren't obtaining more knowledge.
Just look at Newbee they have the best supports ever, their team play is insane. Isn't MVP a very high mmr team and they not that good. Get a good team going. GL

I used to play dota2 professionally until my carry married my support. The team disassembled because real life became more important than dota. Since then I have always wanted to come back to professional team playing but haven't met adequate players. Everyone I meet is either not understanding the game mechanics or "just playing for fun"; therefore, I am getting really tired of searching for teammates. That would be great if we can try me out and I will try you out how we can play together.
I have been suffering from mmr sinkhole, but I know I am better than where I am as any game I play ends up with me playing 1v5. If I cant't play with your team, I at least want to play with players who are better than I am and someone I can learn from, instead of those who are trying to ruin my mental state.

(US)Hello, I have been playing Dota for a little over 2 years and always have wanted to play professionally. I am currently at 5.6k mmr (solo) and have been through many teams that have all held short lives. I want to develop a team that is serious and can handle losses. I wan't people to look at mistakes and discuss how we can fix that in order to advance. I play offlane but am adept in all other roles. I already have a pos 1 so I need 3 more people.
