Play wayyyy more support. I'm looking at your profile and it just has this obnoxious vibe that screams "I'm better than my teammates, so I'm going to play position 2, or 1 because I'm better and my team sucks"
You're greedy. Play less greedy, break that 5 man carry cycle.
No excuses, be honest with yourself, learn, learn, learn, learn, learn.
In dota you are never done learning.
Practice heroes you are not good with in unranked.
But mainly if you keep above 50% win rate, you should be able to make it if you play smart.
calibrate and win ranked matches untill u hit 3200 mmr for high skill, and 3750 for very high.
:) true! look at my profile just calibrated 10 games 9 of which i lost. still ended up with 3200 mmr

As you can see, my games are full of Normal Skill. Can you give me some tips to improve my games and also to have High skill/Very High skill on the list.
