this hero is really strong (can 1 man gank a carry with his necrobook) , but ut requires a certain amount of micro skill and he is fcking boring to play hahaha

People in the less than 3k dont really like to micro. Effectively, they will only utilize, 3 of his 5 skills "properly". Plus, there are heroes that can hit harder than him.
