when going QE, u rely on ur rightclick, and not only on ur spells. veil is not the best way to go.
just as situational
Like when u have something to setup a multiple hero sun or with another magical dmg core
Maybe even before the mobility item to win the first fight in midgame with the first important ravage or black hole
Someone told me the best item build for invoker is Dagon, eblade, refresher, aether, shivas and veil. You can kill anyone instantly

Is a veil on q-e voker legit?
I normally dont like that euls shit bec u never get the time in fights to set up that euls strike. My build for good game is midas phase dagger hex/shivas/orchid/dagon/euls (just a situational item) follwed with the agha at lvl 16
So can I add the veil to the situational list?
