This guy probably can play alchemist, but alchemist is very situational pick and he can be easily countered. You need just only some nukes. Don´t let him space to farm and gank him more in early game and GG.
Booster seems to be quiet lucky on team players. Game is starting to be hard when your team is feeding from the start. You need at least 20 min for farming to be effective.

but you can tell the mmr from the sheer amount of wins as everything is in ranked, just do the math of +25 each lol, i think the account is currently 5k4
