division counts all the games u play, including other heroes, party games, normal matchmaking, and low priority. i guess one of these is the reason you dropped to diamond 9.
and it literally takes ages to recover, sadly.

how does the ranking system determine both of these divisions?
i have seen 3.9k players getting division 10

my riki was division 10 when i was around 4.2-4.6k but after 4.6k it just dropped to division 9.
now im 5.4k and it is still division 9.
any staff cares to explain?
