I mean does a tomb not seriously damper high ground defense? He's also pretty strong at 5-manning, no? It seems like he should fit into the meta

cuz low lvled tombstone gets destroyed instantly right now.

Tombstone dies too fast and is worth way too much gold.

Because when his tombstone had HP: it was guaranteed first runes, guaranteed kill diving through tower, and guaranteed kill in teamfights. Supports had a hard time taking them out even late game, forcing a core to attack it and thus taking damage away from everything else. Now that it's based on hits, all the supports can target it and destroy it quickly.
