Honestly I've always wanted this as a feature.
I've commended people from another team before because they were entertaining / funny / etc.
One downfall I do see is trying to verbally command your own teammates. A separate push-to-all-talk button would be cool, though.

no its the most fucking annoying shit ever.
this feature is enabled in 1v1 solo mid games.
its always trashtalk and because of that i instantly mute whenever the game starts
voicechat trashtalking is SO ENRAGING..
