that's 100 percent bullshit 4Head.That means its either your so bad you have no skill,or it could mean you're exactly between normal and high skill and dotabuff can't correctly guess that game's skill bracket

Dotabuff doesn't receive the skill bracket details from Valve's API

gameplay booster is right. sometimes steam api data is not full and its impossible to figure out which bracket given match belongs to. in most cases, it means that the match was actually in the bot/mid parts of normal skill
