He does you can see when hes streaming matrice. He's from vancouver (west of canada) which is around 140 + the fact that he's streaming + likely running a VPN makes it around 160. From Eastern Canada it's around 120~ from Toronto (which is why you can see EternalEnvy getting around 120 while streaming) which is the exact same as me since we live in the same town.
