On morph I go Aquila pt ghost blink and then turn the ghost into eblade
After that I'd say its all situational
Max Q if you think you're gonna be fighting alot cuz that spammble 50mana goodness is super gr8 m8.
Otherwise if you're gonna make your team 4v5 til you get Yasha>Trav>SnY/Manta Git W,E.. 1 point in Q if you plan on cancelling daggers.

I heard they are pretty good this patch. How you play them? on TB do you max W and E? I saw some guys maxing Q, but W boosts your farm so much.
What item build is good for morph now? Linkens? E-blade shotgun build? hotd,manta,skadi?
