Its not about the gender, its about the mmr. If you are stuck at 2k mmr bracket then you mostly play with kids in puberty. The higher you are in mmr, the lower is the people's negative attitude because they realise that you just got counterpicked/outnumber/etc. So just spam a good hero and increase mmr, I had played with enough girls who scream, flame and rage on the microphone to claim that its not about the gender but the people's understanding of the game. Just mute toxic behaviour and do your best for the win, in the long term you will increase in mmr.
