I am new to Dota 2 and i am loosing games now... Suggest what can i do ? and what shall b my MMR?

MMR bothers because i've been playing DOta1 since past 5 years and now every1 stop playing it and started D2 . And to be a part of my local D2 team i must have atleast 4k+ MMR ... Thats y it matters man. Please suggest some tips and tricks to get High MMR AND what shall b my mmr for now/?
you're i think in the same range as I am. I am also new but according to those who viewed my dotabuff they state that i am around 3.2 to 3.5k mmr. The ratio of normal to high to very high games is the same as mine so you should be around there too. Honestly i really dont care about mmr since i'm also new but u should jsut play to your best abilities when u play regardless if u are playing alone or with parties. When i solo i get put in the High skill bracket but when i play with my friends i play in normal skill cuz they are 1k or low 2ks. I tend to work on new tactics or improve my best heroes when i party so that i can play to my full output when i solo in high skill bracket.
mmr represents how good you are in winning games, and I dont know any tricks here besides being a decent player.
atm you are around 3.4k.
