it was disabled even before source 2 came out
as far as i remember, now it's changed to "enable_addons" or something similar, while it doesn't enable all the things as override did (i think it was to prevent editing models like changing trees so it's easier to juke, or adding visible circle showing exact tower range
No, it worked until the last day of source 1, and broke only when source 2 became the only engine available.
