If you play in a lower bracket your hero score will go down. I assume that Normal Skill match brought you down
Your hero score depends on your division, in the first place. Division measures the average difficulty of your matches, in other words - how high the average mmr of your games is. If you stack with ppl with lower mmr or just go down in rating, you lose points of division, and therefore your heroscore decreases, even if you win games with high KDA.
That game was actually very high. I guess i shouldn't play in reborn then as i tend to fluctuate between the brackets much more there. In regular most games are very high but in reborn it goes all between normal and very high.
division doesnt measure the average, im pretty sure it places emphasis on recent matches or even only the most recent one.
Well lately i have gone down on bloodseeker from platinum 1 to gold 8 even though i win most matches with good kda. When i played in regular i pretty much stayed at the same division and increased score every game. Is it becuse there is a much less players in reborn?

How is the herorankings calculated? several games now where i have done really good i go down in ranking. For an example my latest Bloodseeker game i went 24/3/12 and i went down in both division and about 20 heroscore.
