I have an internet connection that can barely play 480p youtube videos without buffering, but yet dota 2 for the past 2 years have been fine. Until the latest update happenned, the game client warned me that i had high ping. 599ms in EU West (usually 30ms before the update).
So i went to speedtest.net and tested it, lo and behold I really had that 599ms ping. Then i decided to do the speedtest with dota2 client closed, ping went back to 30ms. Anyone can help me out here?
