u know, after 30 minutes (sometimes less, sometimes more, idk) u cant report/commend anybody in ur game anymore, and thats also when lp gets handed out (should you have too many reports)
u can queue right after ur last game and therefore be in a game when u get lp - winning that ranked game counts towards lp
