it began when the other guy typed "MIDDLE i hope someone do not mark after me MIDDLE i hope someone do not mark after me" like six times in a row just as pick phase began

something's fishy with my isp

since last sunday i can't access several sites, they all give me a timeout and when i try to trace the packet it returns a timeout right after our lan router, which leads me to believe that they are blocked by my isp
some of those make some sense since they're porn sites(even though they are not banned by rus government firewall afaik), but there are also tumblr blogs(remarkably, the main page is still accessible but none of the blogs, sfw or otherwise), entire last.fm and opendota aka yasp(which has been timing me out for several months alrdy)

it's not a problem with my pc/network card/drivers/whatever since it's just several sites, tracert shows the packet reaching the router, my phone has the same problem when connected to our room wifi, and yesterday my roomate couldn't access last.fm when i asked him to

it's not a problem with our local network either, i suppose, because again that's just several sites

i can access all of those sites with no problem via another network (mobile or vpn), so it's just my isp left to blame

but then why would they want to voluntarily block porn sites which are not banned by government and even then what did last.fm, tumblr and opendota do to invoke their wrath
